This luxury apartment is at the ground floor of an ancient palace in the heart of Trastevere, the medieval and full of charme district of Rome. The location itself is just as wonderful: here you are immersed among the lanes and alleys of Trastevere, among typical Roman restaurants, craft shops, bars and wine shops. Here you can really experience the true Rome. Just a stone's throw from Santa Maria in Trastevere, the "Tiberine" island on the Tiber, the Janiculum, the archaeological wonder of the Coliseum, the Vatican and the Piazza Navona and Campo de' Fiori area.
Its surface is about 120 square meters. It is completely independent as it is accessed directly from the street, a characteristic and quiet alley, right behind the homonymous church of Saint Rufina.

Air conditioning and heating are independent.
